Shipping & Return Policy

 
We use USPS as our main route of shipping, most packages are shipped at a flat rate. The customer assumes all responsibility for shipping costs + fees (unless the order specifically is qualified for free shipping). If you would like shipping insurance, please email to request (any additional fees will be added to the shipping charge). Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Order processing time is between 2-3 days, expected shipping time is generally between 3-5 business days.
 
NERIAH'S HEART CO. is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect/undeliverable address; in the case, your package is returned back to us, we will contact you to request an updated shipping address. We are more than happy to reship your order, but the customer will be asked to cover the fees. NERIAH'S HEART CO. is not responsible for shipping delays as part of the transit, once your package has been received by USPS we have zero control over transit times. If your package is delayed or lost, you will need to file a claim with the shipping carrier.
 
There is a 30-day return policy on most items, so long as the item has been unused and unopened with the safety seal still intact, due to health reasons we are unable to accept returns on body care or personal items that have been opened or the seal broken. Other items that are ineligible for a return are sale items or gift cards. All items that are ineligible for a return/refund will be clearly identified as such. For an item to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to contact me by email to submit your receipt or proof of purchase.
 
Please email neriahsheartco@gmail.com to start the return process and to receive shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first having submitted a return request will not be accepted.
 
***If an item is damaged, defective, or the wrong item upon receiving your package, please immediately contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it. Exchanges are not allowed on custom art items or if the item has been damaged or used at all. Regarding REFUNDS: Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and you will receive email confirmation of this as well as if the return is approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please do keep in mind that certain banks/credit card companies/financial institutions take some days for refunds to process and be posted.
